This year’s event will be held Bossier City, Louisiana at The Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites from Monday, November 23rd  through Wednesday, November 25th. Registration is on Monday from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.  The retreat will conclude on Wednesday afternoon  at  approximately 12 Noon.  If  you  are  flying  into  the  Shreveport airport (SHV), please note that the hotel shuttle will transport you to the hotel.
